Retired from the State of Nebraska. Currently a very active disaster volunteer (more remotely now for about 25 hours a week). Spend my Tuesday afternoons at Barnabas assisting the less fortunate. Ham radio licensed and storm spotter certified. Assist with several events with the ham organization doing relay communications. I store books...well not that many. I have a Little Free Library in my front yard. The children's books rapidly disappear. Started the Trunk and Hunt for Lincoln. This is a listing of free Halloween and Easter events for families in and around Lincoln. Set up a new webpage a few weeks ago and so many are excited. Granted, not much of an exciting life but happy to be alive with some medical issues. They slow me down but not get me down.

Mrs. Williams's blue hair with a white streak. So lucky to have not experienced her wrath. I was mostly a loner and many will never remember and go "WHO was she"? But I was there the day it opened, the first class to go 7th through 12th grade. Remember voting for the colors and mascot names in elementary school.
